Ladd Baldwin @ Richardson.baldwin@hcps.net\nDennis Derflinger @ Dennis.Derflinger@hcps.net\n\nNo Team Entry Fee \nNo Spectator Fee \n$5 parking fee per car to be collected by the Mary Help of Christians Center Staff \nEntries close on October 20th at 11:00 pm \nDue to poor conditions at our originally scheduled course\, and limited potential backup courses\, our Cross Country County Championship races will be held at Freedom High School on Tuesday\, 10/22 at 6pm. We have worked to create a safe and functional course while mitigating other factors such as HS and MS dismissals\, traffic patterns\, parking\, and daylight hours. Please see the attached course and review with your runners. The course is about 60% grass and 40% pavement. \nPlease ask your runners not to arrive before 4:45pm due to Middle School parent pick up traffic. Please let families know that parking is $3\, cash or card/apple pay. Parking will be in our general faculty/student/stadium lot which enters through the light on Commerce Palms Blvd. Our front parking lot will be closed—due to this being part of the course. \nThe team tent area will be located on our Softball field and Tennis Courts. The warm up area will be our track and field\, starting at 5pm. Parents/fans may congregate in our stadium\, since that is where the finish line is located. \nHere are the race start times: \nGirls Varsity- 6:00pm \nGirls JV- 6:02pm \nBoys Varsity- 6:40pm \nBoys JV- 6:42pm \nAwards will be issued at the conclusion of each race in the stadium.
