This was certainly a fast weekend for Tampa Bay Area XC teams, as evidenced by the blazing teams run at the always fast Northport Invite. So rather than pick a Runner of the Week from one of the fast times down south, TRC decided to go with the youth movement and recognize two of the state’s fastest 8th graders. The duo from Angeline Academy had a great showing at the Mitchell Mustang Invite, with Malina taking the girls title and Dominic with a very close runner up finish on the boys side.
